个人简介
祁怀高，复旦大学国际问题研究院研究员、副院长。复旦大学中国与周边国家关系研究中心、联合国与国际组织研究中心研究人员。2012年12月起，担任复旦大学国际关系专业硕士生指导教师；2023年1月起，担任复旦大学国际关系专业博士生指导教师。2010年9月起在复旦大学国际问题研究院从事教学科研工作。
2007年6月，获武汉大学历史学博士学位（世界史专业）；2004年6月，获武汉大学历史学硕士学位（世界史专业）；2001年6月，获湘潭师范学院（现湖南科技大学）史学学士学位（历史学专业）。
2017年10月至2018年9月，曾担任牛津大学圣安东尼学院“太古访问学者”。2013年1月至2013年12月，曾担任哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院艾什民主治理与创新中心访问学者。2008年7月至2010年9月，曾担任复旦大学政治学博士后流动站博士后研究人员。
主要从事中国周边外交、中国海洋事务、亚太国际关系、国际组织与全球治理的教学与研究。
出版专著4部：《中国与邻国的海洋事务研究》（世界知识出版社2022年11月版）、《中国与“一带一路”沿线支点国家发展战略对接研究》（世界知识出版社2019年7月版）、《构筑东亚未来：中美制度均势与东亚体系转型》（中国社会科学出版社2011年9月版）、《战争与秩序：中国抗战与东亚国际秩序的演变研究》（复旦大学出版社2010年11月版）。出版合著（第一著者）1部：《中国崛起背景下的周边安全与周边外交》（北京：中华书局2014年7月版）。合编（第一编者）英文著作1部：Cooperative Development in the South China Sea: Policies, Obstacles, and Prospects (London: Routledge, 2021）。出版译著（合译，第一译者）1部：《全球公民：相互依赖世界中的责任与权利》（上海人民出版社2012年5月版）。
2018年10月，获“上海市第十四届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖（2016－2017）”学科学术奖论文类二等奖。2015年7月，入选“上海市浦江人才”。2014年10月，获“上海市第十二届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖（2012－2013）”论文类二等奖。2013年12月，获“复旦大学2013年度优秀博士后”称号。
学术兼职：担任中国联合国协会第七届理事（2023—2028年）、中国亚洲太平洋学会常务理事（2023年起）。
