On the morning of May 25th, Academic Seminar Series Heralding the 116th Anniversary of Fudan University in 2021 was convened at the Center for American Studies. Professor Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies cum Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University moderated the fabulous annual academic event.
The keynote of the 2021 Academic Seminar Series focalized the spotlight upon The China-U.S. Relationship and the U.S. Domestic and Foreign Policy under the Biden Administration. In the course of the seminar, Associate Professor Wang Hao, Professor Song Guoyou (Deputy Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University), Associate Professor Wang Xiaofeng, Professor Cai Cuihong, Professor Xin Qiang (Deputy Director of the Center for American Studies at Fudan University), Professor Wei Zongyou and Associate Professor Tu Yichao illustrated, dwelled on and conducted insightful analyses evolving "To Make America Great Again? U.S. President Joe Biden’s Domestic Agenda", "The Economic Policy of the Biden Administration and China-U.S. Economic and Trade Relations", "The Biden Administration’s Artificial Intelligence Initiatives", "The Biden Administration's International Strategy for Cyberspace", "The Biden Administration's China Policy and Its Impact on Cross-Strait Relations", "The Biden Administration's Foreign Policy toward China","The Biden Administration's Indo-Pacific Senario and Implications for Sino-American Coexistence in the Asia-Pacific" and so forth.
Traversing the midst of the live rounds, the audience engaged in the participatory Q&A session and interacted actively with the research fellows, presenting exploratory in-depth discussions on the related issues correspondingly by virtue of Professor Wu Xinbo's leading-in commentaries integrating brimming subtleties and perspicacious sagacity.
