《美国问题研究》(Fudan American Review)是由教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地复旦大学美国研究中心编辑、出版、发行的专业性学术刊物。现任主编为复旦大学国际问题研究院院长、美国研究中心主任吴心伯教授。

《美国问题研究》创刊于2001年。从初期作为全国高校系统唯一美国研究重点基地的学术成果展示平台,到如今的中国人文社会科学引文数据库(CSSCI)来源核心刊物,《美国问题研究》立足本校,面向国内外,致力于征集各种有关美国问题的前沿性、学术性、创造性研究,刊登对美国政治、经济、外交、社会与文化的独到见解,无论是过去的还是现在的,是全球背景下的,还是从某一特定区域出发的,其宗旨是加深对美国与各国关系、美国多元性、美国全球政治及文化影响力等方面的理解。《美国问题研究》每年正式出版两期,并将不定期根据中美关系中的重大事件推出专辑。

《美国问题研究》为主编负责制,下设编辑部与编委会,每届任期三年。编委会为刊物工作的指导机构,具体日常工作由编辑部负责。同时,刊物严格实行专家匿名审稿制度,坚持编辑队伍的业务水平与学术水平并进,以发表资料有广度、研究有深度、理论有高度、观点有新意的论文,倡导“高起点、高质量、高品位”以及“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的办刊基本方针。《美国问题研究》将发挥复旦大学美国研究方面的学术优势,重点建设特色栏目,如美国政治、美国经济与美国外交等,并兼顾研究美国的社会、文化、宗教、哲学、历史以及一切与美国有关的研究成果,包括书评等。在2007年的CSSCI新增来源集刊评选中,《美国问题研究》荣获国际政治类第一名。在2017年的CSSCI来源集刊评选中,《美国问题研究》再次入选。

本刊迄今已出版30辑,共刊登学术论文358篇,研究综述12篇。出版以来,本刊刊登过美国前总统吉米·卡特、澳大利亚前总理陆克文以及复旦大学美国研究中心、上海国际问题研究院、中国社会科学院美国研究所、中国现代国际关系研究院美国研究所、清华大学国际关系研究院、复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院、澳门大学和美国弗吉尼亚大学、波士顿学院等海内外知名美国问题研究机构及学者撰写的学术论文。

本刊常设栏目有:中美关系、美国政治、美国经济、美国外交、美国社会与文化、青年论坛等。

本刊已被中国人文社会科学引文数据库(CSSCI)、中国知网、万方数据库等收录,具有广泛的学术影响力和社会知名度。

  本刊来稿要求:

  (一)本刊欢迎用电子邮件附件发送至编辑部邮箱:FAR@fudan.edu.cn,也可将打印稿及优盘寄至上海市邯郸路220号复旦大学美国研究中心《美国问题研究》编辑部(邮编:200433)正文用五号宋体字,注释用小五号宋体字,一律采用脚注。 (参见:《美国问题研究》注释体例)

  (二)文稿论点明确、论据可靠、数字准确,并应为能公开发表的数据,行文力求鲜明简练,引用文献资料需在文中标明。学术论文每篇字数一般为1-2万字;书评及学术会议综述一般4千字以内。

  (三)来稿内容应依次包括:题名、作者姓名、工作单位、内容提要(250-300字)、关键词(3-5个)、正文;以及相应的英文题名、作者姓名、工作单位、内容摘要、关键词。同时请提供作者简介、详细通信地址、邮编、电话号码、电子邮件地址。来稿务必署作者真实姓名,并附身份证号码(以备稿酬支付)。

  (四)来稿请勿一稿多投,来稿一经录用,即付稿酬,并赠送当期本刊2册。不采用的稿件,一律不退。3个月内未接到通知的,作者可自行处理。

  (五)本刊将逐步实行匿名审稿制,对采用的稿件有删改权,不同意删改者,请在来稿中申明。

  (六)文稿的著作权除《著作权法》另有规定外,属于作者,文责由作者自负。为适应我国信息化建设,扩大本刊及作者知识信息交流渠道,本刊已被《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》及CNKI系列数据库收录,其作者文章著作权使用费与本刊稿酬一次性给付。如作者不同意文章被收录,请在来稿时向本刊声明,本刊将作适当处理。

Fudan American Review Calling for Papers


 Fudan American Review, whose Editor-in-Chief is Professor WU Xinbo, Director of the Center for American Studies and Dean of the Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, is an academic research journal professionally edited and issued by the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, listed as one of the Key Research Institutes of Humanities and Social Sciences in University nationwide.

  Founded in 2001, Fudan American Review made its editorial debut as the only platform to demonstrate the academic accomplishments on American Studies among the Key Research Institutes of Humanities and Social Sciences in Chinese universities and has now blossomed out into one of the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) source core journals. Based on the status quo, Fudan American Review is committed to calling for papers on American politics, economy, diplomacy, culture and society with original insights to promote the forefront, academic and innovative researches in the area of American Studies both at home and abroad. With the objective of deepening the comprehension of U.S. relations with the rest of the world, America’s diversity and global influence of American political culture, two official issues of the journal are annually published and monographs will aperiodically come out on major events related with the bilateral relations.

  The members of the Fudan American Review editorial board and office shall serve three-year terms headed by the Editor-in-Chief. In each term, guided by the editorial board, the editorial office of the journal is responsible for routine work. Meanwhile, Anonymous Referee System has been strictly pertained to in the course of examining and approving papers, putting emphasis on advancing the professional ethics and academic competence of the editorial staff. Following the editorial guidelines of high starting line, high quality, high grade and “letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend”, papers are reviewed on the breadth of materials, depth of the study, altitude of the theory and the originality accordingly before appearing in the journal. The academic strengths on American studies will be developed to construct characteristic columns on American politics, economy, diplomacy as well as American society, culture, religion, philosophy, history and related research achievements, including book reviews, thereby endeavoring to turn into one of the influential brand journals on American studies.

  To date, 30 issues of Fudan American Review have been published with a total of 358 papers and 12 research overviews. The contributors of the papers and overviews approved and published include former U.S. President Jimmy Carter , former Australian leader Kevin Rudd, scholars and researchers from the Center for American Studies at Fudan University, Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, Institute of American Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Institute of American Studies, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations, Institute of International Relations, Tsinghua University, School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University, University of Macau , The University of  Virginia, Boston College and other prestigious institutes centering on American studies worldwide. Standing Columns of Fudan American Review include: Sino-U.S. Relations, American Politics, American Economy, American Diplomacy, American Society & Culture and Youth Forum, etc.

  Fudan American Review has turned into one of the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) source core journals, incorporated into CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure) and Wanfang Database with extensive academic influence and social prestige.
